Explanation:

The "System error" mails will be generated when the PostMaster will find the entry for the mail in the database but the actual mail file is missing from the mail directory. Probable causes for the same are:

1. Abrupt shut down of the PostMaster machine causing the loss of data files.

2. Desktop antivirus on the PostMaster machine quarantines the actual mail.

To avoid the same please make sure that you have configured the desktop antivirus to exclude "QLC" folder.
