To Use AntiSpam Feature In MailServe
- Activate AntiSpam in MailServe:
Log into your control panel using the URL http://mm.qlc.co.in.
The Login page will be displayed.
Enter the appropriate login details in Username & Password, for example domain.com & password.
NOTE: In case you do not have your login details with you, than please drop a mail on your respective region sales ID or click on the link Forgot Password? below. This will bring up the Password Request page, kindly fill in the requested details and click on Request For Password button. You will receive a link to reset the password in a short while.
Once you log in, click on the link AntiSpam from the left hand side panel.
The AntiSpam Settings page will be displayed.
Select the appropriate level that you wish to set for antispam classification, either Strict or Very Strict.
Click the Change button to save the changes.
In the Subject Line Tagging section, you have the option of enabling/disabling subject tagging for mailboxes of your choice. When enabled, all mails that are classified as spam will be have subject line appended with [spam]. This helps you to configure your email client to create a filter to segregate such mails in a different sub-folder.
NOTE: By default, all mails have their headers tagged for spam classification.

Further, click on the link AntiSpam Filtering.
This will take you to the Filtering page, where you can configure the action after the classification is done in web mail.
- The choices are:
Deliver: This option will simply tag and deliver the spam in the Inbox.
Move To Folder: This option will create a Spam folder and move all the spam classified mails in this spam folder in web mail i.e. http://anywheremail.qlc.co.in
NOTE: Incase you have enabled this option, you need to regularly check your account in web mail and empty this spam folder, or your mails will bounce back incase the quota is full. Delete: This option will delete the mails which are classified as spam.
NOTE: Recommend not to configure this option until you are very sure, you may loose some genuine mails.

Action via WebMail: With this option the respective user can select any of the above action in his WebMail.
- Click the Submit button to save the changes.
TIP: Incase you are using the default account for downloading mails, would recommended you switch over to a Group account and remove the default account subsequently. This will cut down on your traffic and unwanted spam mails.
