How To Create Individual POP Account / Group Account In Mail Manager.
- Once you have logged into your MailManager account, it will take you to
the System Information page. Click on ACCOUNTS to view the list.Â
NOTE: By default, a Group Account called Default is already created. The Domain
Admin can not delete the Default Account. Any email received by the domain
and not belonging to any Individual or Group account will be routed to this
default account. ( Also known as "catch-all" account.) - You can start creating Individual POP /Group Account box's by clicking
the "Add New" option.Â
NOTE: All the accounts which you create would have three
letter / five number code prefix (for e.g. *ind* in case of india.com).
How do I create a Group Account in Mail Manager?
To create a group account in Mail Manager:
Open Internet Explorer and go to http://mm.qlc.co.in site.
Enter the appropriate Domain Name and Password provided to you.
Click ACCOUNTS to view the list.
Click the Add New button to add new account.
Please enter the following inputs for adding a new account:

| Domain Name | Select the Domain Name from the drop-down list. ( for e.g. india.com) |
| Account  | ind_rajkumar ("ind_" is prefixed to every login) |

| Confirm Password | Enter the password again. |
| Quota | Specify the mailbox space you wish to allocate to this user on the server. |
| WebMail | Select this checkbox if you wish to allow WebMail access to this user. |
| Submit | Click Submit to save the setting of the User you have created. |

How do I create a Group Account in Mail Manager?
- To create Group Account, click on Accounts tab on the left panel.
This will display the list of existing POP3/Group accounts created on server,Â
perform the following steps:
Click the Add New button to add new Group account.
Name : Bombay (description of POP Box)
Email Id: bombay - Prefix of email - username of bombay@india.com
Select the Domain Name from the drop-down list.
Account : ind_bom ( ind_ is prefixed to every login)
Password, Quota & WebMail you wish to allocate.
Click the Submit button to save the setting of the User you have created.
- After creating users under the group. perform the following steps:

Click the GroupWise tab specified below E-mail on the left side of Control Panel.
Select the group account name from the drop down list.
Click the Add New button to add new user in Group.
Name : Support - Real Name of the Person.
Email Id :support - Prefix of email - username of support@abc.com
Select the Domain Name from the drop down list.
Under Send to, select the group Account from the drop down list, for example ind_bom.
Click the Submit button to save the settings.
Repeat steps 7 to 12 until all aliases that you want for a particular Group Account.
