Preliminary Checks:
First verify your system's Network Connectivity by:
- Connecting
to Internet via browser for Internet / network connectivity.
- If
you are unable to get the Network / Internet connection, please contact
your System Administrator.
If
Network / Internet Connection is working properly please follow the below
Steps:
Login to WebMail account [ any ID] and send test mail to the same ID and
verify its delivery, if works, than need to check by sending test mail from the
same user ID to another
Local user ID and verify its delivery.
If works.......
Do the above same testing but this time use your email client e.g. Outlook
Express, and verify the delivery.
If ok, problem resolved.
If not........
After sending the mail from Outlook Express ( or any email client) ,
check the message on the monitor window, it should show you delivery status of
the message, if not, go to the spool folder and check the tmp and
local folder and verify if you see any files in it, if yes, than follow
the steps in "Non distribution of Email " list.
If still
problem contact QLC Tech Support Team.
